Arsenal are willing to triple Lautaro Martinez's wages to persuade him to join them.
Tottenham Hotspur are also desperate to sign the Inter Milan striker.
Inter are struggling financially and could be willing to part with the Argentine for the right price.
For his part, Martinez has insisted he is happy in Milan and hopes to stay at San Siro.
However, the Gunners hope a whopping contract offer entices him to the Emirates.
Eurosport says the north London club would be willing to increase Martinez's wages from £81,000-per-week to £275,000-a-week.
It remains to be seen if Tottenham can match the salary offer.
Spurs do have an advantage as Martinez would reportedly be keen to link up with international teammates Cristian Romero and Giovanni Lo Celso.
