Arsenal midfielder Thomas Partey is set to miss the start of the season.
Partey was on the end of a strong challenge from Ruben Loftus-Cheek during the Gunners' 2-1 defeat by Chelsea in their Mind Series pre-season friendly on Sunday.
Partey was forced off in the 39th minute where he received treatment on his ankle but he will see a specialist later this week and the £45million star is expected to be out for a few weeks, reports ESPN.
It's more frustration for Partey, who also missed a large part of last season following his high-profile move from Atletico Madrid.
