Everton are eager to sign Brighton striker Neal Maupay this summer.
According to Sky Sports, both the Toffees and French club Marseille are monitoring Maupay's situation at the Albion.
However, Everton are hamstrung by Financial Fair Play, and would have to sell to bring new players into manager Rafa Benitez's squad.
They are hoping to offload the likes of James Rodriguez, Fabian Delph, Cenk Tosun and Moise Kean.
Everton are also interested in Dwight McNeil from Burnley.
