Cannonier opened the scoring and visiting captain Luca Stephenson doubled the lead after half an hour.
The Leeds-born forward then scored two in quick succession in the second half to complete his treble, with Terence Miles rounding the game off.
Cannonier signed pro terms with Liverpool earlier this month.
