Atletico Madrid have snapped up Monaco goalkeeper Benjamin Lecomte.
Atletico have quickly moved to replace Ivo Grbic as Jan Oblak's backup by completing the signing of Lecomte.
The French stopper joins Los Colchoneros on loan for the 2021/22 season, with Atleti announcing the deal on Thursday evening.
"He's an experienced goalkeeper who arrives at our club, he stands out for the security he provides between the posts and that makes him a very difficult goalkeeper to beat," a club statement read.
Lecomte becomes Los Rojiblancos' third summer signing after Rodrigo de Paul and Marcos Paulo, although the latter is expected to sign for Famalicao on loan.
