Bernardo Rosa is happy with his preseason form for West Ham U23.
The former Vasco de Gama and CR Flamengo youth product has impressed in midfield.
He told the club's website: “It's been a good pre-season – everyone's been running a lot!
“Everyone is looking fit and sharp and we've been good with the ball. It's been a good pre-season and I think we've shown that in how we've played in our games as well.
“We have a lot of players this season who could make the starting eleven, so everyone's working hard, every single day, to get into the team.
“Whoever makes it in there will have done a great job, and I think we're going to have a strong team for that first match. It'll be a big game and hopefully I can be a part of it."
