Manchester City hero Paul Dickov has compared Samuel Edozie to Riyad Mahrez.
18-year-old Edozie has been impressing City in preseason, scoring in the 4-1 win over Blackpool earlier this week.
"He's not scared to run at the full-back, use his pace and then cut inside across him," Dickov told the club's website.
"For someone so young, it's really good game intelligence from him.
"There's a bit of Riyad Mahrez in him when he gets the ball. He mixes it up and isn't predictable.
"One minute he goes inside then goes outside. He's always asking questions of the full-back."
