Brighton midfielder Taylor Richards is drawing inspiration from teammate Yves Bissouma.
Richards said Yves Bissouma plays the role of his big brother after making his Premier League debut in defeat to Everton.
He told the club's website: “I was nervous like most people would be, but I tried to keep the ball as much as I could and to give more going forward. But this is my first game and I will learn from these moments.
"It's been a crazy week, you dream of playing in the Premier League. My family were here today, so thank you to the club and the manager for giving me this opportunity but now I need to work hard so I get more.
“Despite the result, because that comes first, I am happy that I got on the pitch. My mum Shani was there, she has been with me through this whole journey and she got to see me make my Premier League debut so it is a proud moment for me."
