The Roker Report says Sunderland are in talks with Arsenal over a loan deal for the 19 year-old.
Last season the Hale End product, who is usually deployed at right-back, featured prominently for Arsenal U23s after signing professional terms.
Alebiosu, 19, doesn't possess any prior experience of senior football, although he has trained with the Arsenal first-team and featured in the EFL Trophy.
