Burnley boss Sean Dyche is delighted to have re-signed Aaron Lennon.
Lennon has put pen to paper on a Clarets deal this week.
Dyche said, "I didn't want him to leave in the first place.
"He's fit and well, he played a lot of games last season in Turkey and he knows the group and what we're about, so it's good to have him back."
On facing Leeds United, he said: "They proved last season they [Leeds] were a good outfit, that's for sure.
"They have a way of playing, they play very open but they are a tough outfit and they are showing again they're up for it.
"Our fans have always been important and stood by us through the ups and downs and I think they will continue to do that, It's another home game and a chance to perform in front of our fans with their backing."
