Liverpool attacker Xherdan Shaqiri is desperate to see Olympique Lyon's offer for him accepted.
Liverpool and OL have spent the week thrashing out terms over a fee for the Switzerland international.
L'Equipe has revealed why Shaqiri is so eager to see the move closed as OL have tabled a contract package worth a massive €350,000-A-WEEK. The contract will run to 2024.
Initially Liverpool had been seeking €17m to sell the midfielder.
However, OL have now talked down the valuation to €8m, with their last offer being for €4m.
