Barcelona president Joan Laporta admits they tried to sell Alex Collado last week.
The midfielder turned down a move to Club Brugge.
Laporta, on players available for transfer, stated: “(Samuel) Umtiti is training well, (Miralem) Pjanic is behaving very professionally and (Philippe) Coutinho is coming back from injury.
"With Collado we had an offer and it couldn't be. We'll see what happens but we have injured players too like (Sergio) Aguero and (Ousmane) Dembele, who are good and I'm sure they'll deliver during the season."
