Tottenham manager Nuno Espirto Santo has confirmed Son Heung-min and Eric Dier are in doubt for Sunday's clash with Chelsea.
Both players have not travelled with Tottenham for Thursday's Europa Conference League Group G meeting with Rennes.
And Nuno could not state whether Dier and Son would be fit enough to play Chelsea this weekend.
"I cannot say. They are improving, day by day they are better, but alongside the South American players, we still have to assess," he said.
"[Steven] Bergwijn is better, he travelled with us, he trained yesterday and today, he is much better."
