Javier Pastore says he joins Elche full of motivation.
The Argentina international has signed for Elche as a free agent after securing a release from his contract at Roma last week.
Pastore, 32, said he's "happy and content" about moving to the LaLiga.
He also insisted that the team's goal for this season will be "to finish better than last year".
As for his physical condition, Pastore, 32, said he was fine.
“Since January I was training without problems with Roma. I have been away from the team for two months and I have trained alone. I hope to be in the best possible condition, but that will be determined by the 'teachers' and the coaching staff."
