The Leicester Mercury says Leicester are still in need of another winger to fill a long-standing problem area in Brendan Rodgers' starting XI.
With deadline day signing Ademola Lookman only available to the Foxes temporarily, City will likely already be at work scouting out potential options to bring into the club permanently as soon as this winter when the January transfer window opens in four months.
A familiar face that should perhaps be a wildcard on Rodgers' shortlist of targets is former Manchester City winger Sane.
Whilst no formal link has been made between the Foxes and the Bayern Munich man, it is a suggestion that makes plenty of sense due to the German international's current circumstances in Bavaria.
