Sevilla defender Jules Kounde has clarified a tweet he posted on Friday night after his move to Chelsea failed.
The French centre-half was hoping to secure a transfer to the Premier League club this summer.
However, Sevilla held out for a fee that was very close to his release clause of €80 million.
Chelsea were unprepared to pay such a high fee for the defender.
Kounde tweeted initially "You know the price of everything but the value of nothing #CLB."
However, he later clarified, adding: "Chill !! it's just lyrics, really not that deep" accompanied by laughing and yawning emojis.
