Arsenal star Bukayo Saka has reportedly been given the green light to play against Aston Villa on Friday night.

The England winger was caught in a nasty tackle from Crystal Palace midfielder James McArthur on Monday.

Saka was forced off in the 2-2 draw and Mikel Arteta was furious that McArthur did not receive a red-card for the challenge.

In positive for Arsenal, The Sun says Saka has been cleared to play against Villa at the Emirates.

Speaking after the game, Arteta said of his budding young star: "We had to take him off because he could not continue.

"He was very sore in the area. When I look at the action I cannot understand how the player can continue to play."
