The Saudi-led takeover of Newcastle United is set to go through in the coming days.
Sky Sports suggests that issues between the Saudi state and beIN Sports are resolved.
If the deal does go through, it would put to an end the era of Mike Ashley owning Newcastle United.
Ashley is the club's owner at present, and has been the man in charge for the past 14 years.
The report suggests a deal between the Saudis and the Premier League should go through very soon, which would be the final hurdle to clear for the sale to reach completion.
