Kortney Hause insists Aston Villa still have plenty of room for improvement.
The Villains head into Saturday's derby clash with Wolves after a disappointing defeat to Spurs prior to the international break.
Dean Smith's side are 10th on the table after seven games, and Hause says they can still get better.
Hause told the Express & Star: "Definitely (there is more to come). We have had some new additions to the team and they are still looking to settle in, it is still early days.
"We probably haven't seen the best of them yet. We are always looking to improve as a team. We are working hard to get better."
