Chelsea wing-back Reece James was delighted with his two goals in victory at Newcastle United.
Chilwell admits he and fellow wing-back Ben Chilwell are enjoying the chance to attack more in manager Thomas Tuchel's system.
He told the club's website: "I think it helps both of us, me and Chilly. Me on one side and Chilly on the other.
"We're both bombing on all the time. If it's not me it's him and vice-versa.
"So it's good."
On his first goal, James also said: "As it left my foot I knew the keeper wasn't stopping it.
"So that's always nice."
