Tottenham football chief Fabio Paratici says it's important local talent are brought through to the first team.
Paratici admits he's pleased with his first summer market in charge at Spurs.
He told the club's website: “We are just at the beginning of our project. When we spoke a month ago, we spoke about a rebuild, not a build, but a rebuild of the team, and we started in the last transfer window. We are happy with (Cristian) Romero, happy with Emerson, Bryan Gil, now in the national team with Spain, (Pierluigi) Gollini, too, was good.
