Tottenham Hotspur director Fabio Paratici is not concerned with Nuno Espirito Santo's tactics.
The Portuguese brought in this summer from Wolves to replace Jose Mourinho, who was criticised for his defensive tactics during his time as Spurs manager.
Nuno has faced similar criticism in the early stages of his Spurs stint, but Paratici has defended his manager.
Asked what Tottenham's project looked like, Paratici told Spurs TV: "To be competitive, arrange the club in the right way and be focused in the team. Choose the right players, about mentality first, about style of football second.
"To build the best team and best style of football we can. This is our target, it is not so difficult to think this, but we have to know what we have to do to achieve this.
"We have a small picture but it is an important one because it is this season. A season is not two months it is six, seven, eight months because we have to achieve our results, be the best we can do, work hard to win every game we can win."
