Brentford boss Thomas Frank is eager for his players to maintain consistency.
Frank admits last week's 3-3 draw with Liverpool was a lift for his players.
"It was a confidence boost, but the most promising thing was that we have been consistent with our performance," says Frank.
"All people like to be recognised and praised. It's nice to hear the praise, but we've played six games and it's a long season. We have to keep working hard and performing.
"I always believe in my team and my players. I was convinced that we could be at this level, but one thing is to compete, another thing is to do it over 38 matches. The hard part is keeping your energy and performance up every time."
