Tottenham have jumped into the battle for Manchester United's wantaway Jesse Lingard.

ESPN says Antonio Conte's Spurs have now joined the race for the 28-year-old England man.

Tottenham's Premier League rivals West Ham, Newcastle and Everton are also said to be interested in signing the Old Trafford bench warmer.

Meanwhile overseas Barcelona and AC Milan continue to monitor his situation.

Spurs boss Conte has recently singled out Tanguy Ndombele for not being part of the team, and could be eyeing Lingard as a creative replacement.

Lingard could head out on loan for the second half of the season, as he did last year, before leaving permanently in the summer.
