Aston Villa boss Steven Gerrard took his first training session on Monday.
The Daily Mail says the 41-year-old seemed at ease in his new surroundings as he appeared in a relaxed manner before quickly imposing his philosophy on the Premier League outfit.
With some of his first-team stars away on international duty, Gerrard got to look at the quality of others at their Bodymoor Heath training base such as Ollie Watkins, Ashley Young and on loan Manchester United defender Axel Tuanzebe.
Accompanying Gerrard during the session was his assistant manager Gary McAllister.
It's been a whirlwind few days for Gerrard who as of last week was in charge of Rangers.
The Liverpool legend left the Scottish giants on Thursday to sign a three-and-a-half-year deal with Villa.
