Newcastle United have emerged as favourites to land Porto attacker Luis Diaz.
The Colombia international was linked with a move to Everton during the summer, with the Blues said to have offered James Rodriguez as part of a potential deal.
However, A Bola says that Porto expect any transfer to break their sale record of €50m, currently held by Real Madrid's Eder Militao.
Instead, it has been suggested that Newcastle United are now the frontrunners for the forward, given the club's rumoured valuation, which means Everton are likely out of the running.
Barcelona have also been linked with Diaz, though lack the spending power of Newcastle for the January market.
