Newcastle United caretaker boss Graeme Jones has defended the new board over manager delays.
He has defended United's right to take as much time as they needed to make the correct decision.
Jones said: "I am only interested in the good of the club - I really am.
"Whoever it may be, I know the owners have done their due diligence and are taking their time.
"If you rush into something with any information, you might not get it 100% right.
"The more information you receive the more time you take the closer you will get to making the right decision."
