PSG coach Mauricio Pochettino rates Ligue Une as more physically demanding than the Premier League.
The former Tottenham and Southampton manager is in hs first full season in charge of PSG.
Pochettino said: “France has a very difficult league, there are quality players here. I think this is the most physical-demanding league in the world.
"Do I think that the French championship is more demanding in terms of physical fitness than the Premier League? Yes it is.
"Will the British be surprised by these words? I'm not saying that the French championship is stronger than the English championship, it's just that physics is more important in the French championship."
