Leeds United manager Marcelo Bielsa has expressed sympathy for Norwich City counterpart Daniel Farke.
The Whites put more pressure on Farke with a 2-1 win over Carrow Road on Sunday, leaving Norwich sitting bottom of the table with zero wins from 10 games.
"The job of a coach has some very difficult things you have to live with," Bielsa said said.
"Especially with Norwich's manager, he has shown a big spiritual fortitude and I hope he can come back from this situation."
On the ramifications for his own team, Bielsa admitted the win was big for their confidence.
He added: "A very important win given our position in the table, due to the results we have been obtaining that are not positive."
Leeds are now three points clear of the relegation zone with 10 points from 10 games.
