Javi Serrano made his debut for Atletico Madrid in last night's Champions League defeat at Liverpool.
The 18 year-old was a second-half substitute in the 2-0 loss.
Serrano was impressive in preseason and became the 37th player from the academy to make his debut under Simeone.
The energetic midfielder is Spain U19 captain and there's big expectations inside Atletico for the youngster.
Serrano caught the eye with an impressive cameo at Anfield on the night.
