Simon Kjaer admits AC Milan could be his last club.

The Dane signed a two-year contract extension with Milan this past week.

“I appreciated it, also because Milan's policy is to renew for just one year with players who are older than 30," Kjaer told BT.

“This is the best signal the club could give me. I wouldn't change my career, or maybe yes, I could have played for Milan for 15 years. Perhaps I could end my career here," he continued.

“There isn't any other place where I'd rather be. Everything fits perfectly with me: my teammates, the coach and our playing style.

“It's the perfect club for me. My sons and my wife are happy in Milan."
