Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp is keen to pursue a deal for Porto dazzler Luis Diaz.
Record says Klopp has given his 'approval' over signing Diaz either in January or next summer.
The report goes on to say that Porto value Diaz at €80million (£68m), but do not rule out allowing the player to move on next summer provided their valuation is met.
The Reds have this season held an interest in the Colombia international, who recently faced Liverpool for Porto in the Champions League.
