Everton are finalising a deal for Dynamo Kyiv fullback Vitaliy Mykolenko.
With a fee agreed, the young Ukraine international has passed his medical.
Italian transfer expert Fabrizio Romano reported: "Vitaliy Mykolenko has successfully completed his medical as new Everton player one week ago, no doubt.
"Paperwork is ready between clubs to announce the deal for the Ukrainian left back."
Everton could confirm the transfer over the next 24 hours.
