Dynamo Kyiv coach Mircea Lucescu admits Vitaliy Mykolenko is on his way to Everton.
Everton are expected to cough up around €20m to sign the Ukraine left-back.
Lucescu said: “One of our players has moved to Everton.
"This transfer was the largest for Dynamo since the departure of Andriy Yarmolenko. The transfer to Everton is young and can be an example for others.
