Leeds United midfielder Adam Forshaw insists they're capable of getting a result against Chelsea on Sunday.

Forshaw, who has started the last five Premier League matches, has explained how the Whites could end up collecting a good result against the European champions.

Speaking onLeeds United's YouTube channel, he said: "First and foremost, I think we have to ensure we defend well as a unit. Going to places like that, you have to be disciplined, you have to ride moments, they have brilliant individual players, so we have to remain focused as much as we can.

"We have to use the pace we have on the break and try and surprise them. We have to be as compact as we can without and be hard to beat.

"Then, we need to try and expand when we do have the ball and go from there, we have go to frustrate them.

"I think when the squad is that big and there's a lot of chopping and changing, like at Chelsea, it's proving that it can disrupt you a little bit. Hopefully that can play into our hands."
