Barcelona are fielding enquiries for Sergino Dest.

Marca says Dest has been a peripheral figure and does not appear to be in the Catalan's plans.

Aged just 21 and a regular for the American national team, Dest has a number of sellable characteristics that could see Barcelona cash in on him.

Now it looks like Bayern Munich and Arsenal are keeping tabs on the young defender, who is valued by the club at between 30 and 35 million euros.

Barcelona signed Dest from Ajax for an initial fee of 21 million euros, with five million euros in add-ons, in October 2021. He was one of Ronald Koeman's first signings for the club.

His five-year contract had a 400 million euros release clause, a testament to how highly rated he was upon signing for the club.

However, since making his debut over a year ago, Dest has found it hard to nail down a starting position in the team, falling in and out of the XI due to his lack of consistency.
