Former West Ham midfielder Blair Turgott is on the move from Ostersunds FK.
Now 27, Turgott was superb for OFK last season, scoring 10 goals in 24 Allsvenskan games last season.
Expressen says OFK are now in the process of selling the Londoner to the UAE's Emirates Club.
A deal could be settled in the coming days.
Turgott joined Östersund in 2019 and has since scored 21 goals in 72 competitive matches.
