Ajax chief executive Edwin van der Sar believes the club may lose manager Erik ten Hag in the summer.
The impressive young manager is being linked to Manchester United, who have Ralf Rangnick in charge until the summer.
Van der Sar, who was a legendary goalkeeper for United, was asked about the possibility of his old club poaching ten Hag in the coming months.
Van der Sar told Dutch TV channel RTL7: "This means that we are doing something well.
"It's the same with the players. When we perform, the interest comes.
"If there is interest in our players or coach... We've all been blown away in the past.
"So be it, we have to make sure we're ready by then. That the lists are filled in."
