Newcastle United defender Jamal Lewis has declared his total commitment to the club.
The Northern Ireland left-back kept his place in Eddie Howe's side for the 1-0 win over Burnley, having made his first Premier League start of the season in the 1-1 draw with Norwich five days earlier.
He played the full 90 minutes against Burnley and was tremendous going forward, defending the line and making crucial tackles, helping Newcastle achieve their first win of the season and move off the bottom of the table.
After the match, Lewis posted a stirring message on social media: “I will fight for this team until the very last minute. Thank you for the support!"
