Jorginho scored twice from the spot in the 3-1 win.
He has now converted 10 penalties in a calendar year - which is a new Premier League record. He beat the achievements of Matt Le Tissier and Stevie Gerrard, who each had nine goals from a penalty spot.
Jorginho has played 23 matches in all competitions this season, scoring 9 goals and providing an assist.
