West Ham boss David Moyes is excited to lead his players into a Carabao Cup quarterfinal against Tottenham.

The Irons go to Tottenham Hotspur stadium tomorrow night.

Moyes said, "The good thing is we're still in every competition going into Christmas time, so it's great that we've got ourselves into that position.

"We're in a good place, but like everybody else at this stage of the season, we have injuries.

"We go into every game with the intention of trying to win it and we'll do that against Tottenham.

"I think another good result could provide us with a springboard, as we did against Manchester City [in the last round]. It would be a big step for us to get through. We're more than capable but we're up against a good side too."

On facing Antonio Conte, he added: "He's done a really good job.

"They always had a good squad but they've got a manager who is proven in this country and Italy, and he has a really good record.

"You would expect all those things would make a positive outcome."
