Bryan Gil could be on the move from Tottenham in January.
The Spain international winger joined Tottenham over the summer from Sevilla to much fanfare.
However, Gil has struggled for action in his first season in England and there's concerns inside his camp that he is losing ground over his chances of making next year's World Cup squad.
As such, Estadio Deportivo says a return to the LaLiga next month is already being discussed.
