Everton defender Jonjoe Kenny concedes is future lies elsewhere.
The defender has only made three appearances so far this season, with his single match in the Premier League coming from the bench against Aston Villa in September.
He told Transfermarkt: "There is competition in every team in the world and you have to face it. It also makes you better.
"I hate not being able to play and it is also driving me insane not to be on the pitch right now. The only thing I can do right now is to give everything and keep myself at the best level.
"I push myself every day to get more playing time and I'm ready to do whatever I can to help my team on the pitch.
"If this is not possible at a certain point in time at the home club, then as a professional footballer you have to be ready to take a different path for your development, in order to do what you love again: to be on the field."
