Everton have secured an agreement to sign Ukraine left-back Vitaliy Mykolenko.
The position is a key priority for manager Rafa Benitez, after he fell out with star Lucas Digne this term.
According to the Mirror, the Blues are now waiting for papers to come in regarding the £17 million transfer.
Mykolenko has already gone through his medical, and will be ready to sign a contract in the coming days.
The youngster only has experience of playing in Ukraine, and could face a significant adjustment period to the more intense English Premier League.
