Brighton signing Kacper Kozlowski can't wait to test himself in the Premier League.
The 18-year-old joined Albion from Pogon Szczecin at the start of January on a contract until June 2026, and although he is currently on loan at Royale Union St-Gilloise, the Polish playmaker is looking forward to making his Premier League debut.
“I am so excited to play in the Premier League." said Kozlowski. “I watch a lot of games and it's one of the best, if not the best league in the world.
“It looks very intense, every player tries to show their best qualities and they try to win as much as possible. It's the highest level in the world and I'm really excited. I would love to play a good part in it."
Kozlowski's current loan with the Belgian league leaders runs until the end of this season, and he knows he will have to be patient before playing in the Premier League.
He said, “The club have showed they give opportunities to young players and that was a big reason to join. I want to fight for my place in the side when I eventually arrive.
“For now, I'm with Union and I have a very positive opinion of the players and coaches here. They're all very welcoming and I would like to play an active part in achieving the championship.
“I'd like to fight for as much playing time as possible here and then when I arrive in Brighton, my goals are to fight for the first team and play as many minutes as possible. When I get my chance, I want to provide the team with numbers – goals and assists."
