Kota Kinabalu: Newly appointed Liberal Democratic Party (LDP) Vice-President Sim Fui said the slow pace of the completion of Pan Borneo Highway project in Sabah is due to the absence of a unified Sabah-based political party.

He said this makes difficult for Sabah to restore its rights under the Malaysia Agreement 1963 (MA63).
