Kota Kinabalu: Marine police arrested two locals in the waters of Batu 3, Jalan Apas, here, for trying to smuggle in various goods from a neighbouring country.
Tawau Maritime Zone Director Maritime Captain Siva Kumar Vengadasalam said the suspects, a 32-year-old man and a 35-year-old woman, were detained together with their boat containing the goods at 4.15am.
