Brighton are closing on a deal for Poland international midfielder Kacper Kozlowski.
Sky Sports says Kozlowski is set to join Brighton for a fee of around £8m early in the January transfer window.
Kozlowski made history at last summer's European Championship by becoming the youngest player to appear in the finals at the age of 17 years and 246 days – breaking the record set by England international Jude Bellingham six days earlier. Kozlowski came on as a substitute in the games against Spain and Sweden in the finals.
Koszowski who is now 18 will join the Premier League club from his current side Pogon Sczczecin.
It's likely Kozlowski, who has also been linked with Liverpool, will go out on loan once he joins Brighton.
