Kota Kinabalu: A 19-year-old woman was charged at the Magistrate’s Court here with having illegal gambling paraphernalia.
Clarice Wilfred pleaded guilty before Magistrate Lovely Natasha Charles to having two pieces of illegal 4D slips at 5.55pm on March 10, 2021 at a staircase next to a shop in Kepayan Ridge.
