Kota Kinabalu: Tuaran Member of Parliament Datuk Seri Wilfred Madius Tangau said teachers and students in Sabah and Sarawak cannot participate in the Kaamatan and Gawai festivals due to how the school terms have been structured.
He said this showed that the Ministry of National Unity had failed in its duty.
